Thomson Hollow is a single-family home community in New Berlin, Wisconsin, developed by Thomson Realty of Wisconsin, Inc.   Most homes were built between 2018 and 2022.   The developer's concept plan for Thomson Hollow preserves 26.7 acres of open space which includes wetlands, floodplain, woods, and uplands. The subdivision itself has 54 homes on 41.6 acres.  Thomson Hollow has a great location just off Interstate 43 (Moorland Road exit), about 28 minutes from downtown Milwaukee.  With its prime location, it has excellent access to shopping, restaurants and entertainment.  The subdivision lies within the top-rated New Berlin Eisenhower High/Middle School District and it is directly across the street from Elmwood Elementary School.  There is a City of New Berlin park being developed directly to the north of the subdivision.
